We believe that consulting and engaging with the community is vital to creating successful places that deliver genuine benefits for local people.

We held two consultation events in May and June 2024 at Brent Cross West station. Thank you to all those who attended and/or provided your feedback. It was great to speak to you all and hear your thoughts about the site.

The project team considered all feedback during the preparation of the planning application and feedback has shaped the submitted planning application.

The planning application can be viewed on London Borough of Barnet’s planning portal Simple Search (barnet.gov.uk) (ref: 24/2584/FUL).
